Proverbs 1:6.
To be wise you must understand the dark sayings or riddles.
Why can’t Christians explain the dark sayings and riddles and parables of the Bible. ?
Believing is doubt and hope. So I can see your point.
I’m not. I do not take the word of people who think snakes talk.
It means that the Bible is a Mystical Book about something we can actually prove.
God is an adjective for the power of the Human Mind.
If I say it’s raining cats and dogs then only a Christian is going to take it literal. A Free man will ask what does it mean.
The disciples asked why Jesus speaks in parables.
To those who do not Meditate they will only see the words on the page.
