Not really sure it's the same Jarrod W. Ramos but pic is of a PDF for a court schedule for May 3, 2016. Case for him VS. a gov contractor. If I try to search the case it doesnt show up at all. So far this is the only document I could find that even mentions the case.

Excellent dig anon! I am OP of original dig. Phone fagging right now. I'll get on these new names when I get to my computer. What's weird is that they used the NP license for the business. An anon mentioned it was legal there for NPs to be able to license a therapist business but as big and wide reaching(since it's international) you'd think they'd use the Psychiatrists license. I think Mr. Lefkowits will be the first one I dig on.
