I think that is a mischaracterization of his position.
Isn't he just saying change the law?
Similar to immigration, and the complaints over 'zero tolerance', people should ask themselves what percentage of laws (if not 100%) should we enforce?

We literally call Congresman 'lawmakers'.
They HAVE to make laws to feel productive.
We should call them 'lawpruners'.
Also, laws help subjugate the populace through fear, since nobody could ever know ALL the laws.
My bet is that he's going after Obama/Brennan and the entire intelligence apparatus, congressional, judicial, and lobbyist collusion that attempted a coup.
