I think what Q means by this is that Putin will reveal either publicly or to Trump(with solid proof) that Rosatom or other russians associated with Uranium 1 gave big donations to Clinton Foundation and in exchange Clinton handed out 20% of U1 ownership to russians.

It's definitely connected to this ongoing lawsuit againts Clinton Foundation, Hillary Clinton herself and many more globalist criminals. Just one of the many crimes she has committed.

I suppose you're right. On the "Q: Plan To Save The World" video they do tell us NSA records every single thing and this includes evil stuff the cabal and their puppets do. However I still think Putin will talk about this U1 corruption publicly in some way.
