πŸ¦…βπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ - This profile did an interesting analysis of 2 satellite photos taken of the nuclear aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford.

In the photo on the right, the Gerald Ford was sailing leisurely through the Adriatic Sea last week, carrying out exercises and routine patrols, but in the photo on the left, taken yesterday, we can see the #GeraldFord accelerating hard towards the coast of Israel to support the Israelis and discourage Syrian, Iranian and Lebanese (Hezbollah) attacks.

Despite being the largest warship in the world, measuring 337 meters long and displacing more than 100,000 tons, nuclear aircraft carriers are incredibly fast and agile, capable of exceeding 32 knots, or around 60 km/h.
