Harvard Undergraduate Palestine Solidarity Committee and Harvard Graduate Students for Palestine affirm the above Joint Statement by Harvard Palestine Solidarity Groups. In doing so, we lament the devastating and rising civilian toll, and emphasize the role of Israeli colonial occupation in creating these conditions of violence. As student groups at Harvard, we also call on the Harvard community to consider our University's institutional complicity in violence against Palestinians, through its investment in companies operating in illegal settlements. As always, we reaffirm our demands for the university to disclose the full extent of its investments, divest, and reinvest in Palestinian communities.
