Ukraine/Russia was engineered in large part by the USA, the recent attack on Israel was not. In fact, the USA has bent over backwards to placate "Palestine". Yeah we support Israel (Mideast ally and all), but we also put heavy restraints on them for the cause of the poor poor helpless Palestinians.
