-Search that Frequency on Youtube and listen to it (with headphones always better)
Do you know of an accurate tone generator app? Youtube doesn't have some obscure frequencies in the 10000+ range.

Sounds like you need to change your environment. Be homeless then, what's the problem? All the free resources are there as long as you don't feel some sort of pride in asking for help (sounds like you need it anyways).

I found this one, the simpler the better in this case. if I find a gud downloadable app I'll mention it later; gunna post that healing frequency chart a few more times.
So moar anons are aware of healing frequencies and archive that PDF. Like once a week on varying shifts until I feel satisfied.
Some people would rather die than just ask for some food from someone / a charity. I give away stuff all the time so I don't feel bad asking for certain things. Shelter is a hard one though, can't just go around asking everyone if you can sleep on their couch even though there are totally people who have no problem asking that.
Otherwise the hell we even paid all those taxes in the first place.
