Just saw this.

So I was sitting in the waiting room at my dentist’s office, rolling my eyes at the lamestream news being broadcast, and I see a quick camera pan past the Capitol, showing the roof. I was surprised to see it looked like what ND posted! So I went to the live cam. It looks like scaffolding, perhaps being cleaned or repaired?

I saw no trebuchets, however, so no idea how they get up there to work.
