Yesterday Comcast had an outage due to cut wires. Looked like a DDOS to me. Was it really an infrastructure problem?
Massive DDOSes have been noticed that can only be explained as originating by nation state actors. This was a problem around October and November for WL/JA. Can we make a nationwide meshnet a matter of national security?
