In the Biblical days humans lived for over 500 years. It was normal to live really old. I think all the toxic shit humans created even way before the industrial revolution started to toxify our planet, water and species and thus we no longer live as long. Today you can't go shopping without finding dangerous toxic additives in most the food. And we wonder why humans don't live as long as we did in ancient times, huh.

It's all in our mind. That's the secret. If your brain rather be focused on negativity it will be. If you try to adjust your way of thinking, and think about all the wonderful things in life, which may take time and a lot of effort, then you can live a happier life. I think one major problem we have today regarding negativity is information overload. Too much information can have negative consequences on the brain producing stress and turmoil.

But even before vaccine mandates, like in the 1940s and 1950s, there were very little vaccines and most people never took them. They were still dying at maybe 90 to 100 years old, maybe some a little older. Unlike the biblical era where humans were living for hundreds of years (maybe experience wise with their DNA memory). So something else must have changed the human DNA before the invention of the vaccines. Was it some kind of poisoned snake oil common to locals? Who knows really.
