Sounds like the queen and family would like to buy her freedom and protect her and her families shame while securing their "rightful" place in history.
The word Trillions comes to mind if negotiations are going to happen and 2 digits is a good start. I was thinking 15 is a nice starting number and going up.
It sure would be nice to see the outstanding 21 trillion plus disappear which sure would help budgeting for 2019 and beyond for USA.
