anon took lexapro for awhile. made me feel numb. it worked to ease the stress reactions, but i never felt much happiness on the flip side. just level all the time.
i started eating a low carb, no sugar, high protein diet and that has helped. kinda like carnivore but i do drink diet soft drinks and coffee along with water. that has helped me alot. i feel better and am losing weight.
stopped the lexapro. i still struggle with stress, but it's much better now.
maybe in this climate the alternative is political death?
