The US always gets played picking a side. The game is billion dollar aid packages, newer weapons donations, and American lives as fodder. They know that they will get rid of many aggressive Muslim fighters that would otherwise threaten their empires at the cost of American lives. Plus they get to go behind the scenes and get all the spoils of war while the real men fight, including rape, looting, and human trafficking of the women and children for their adrenochrome underground bases. What is there not to like? What are the down sides?
