I was watching scooby doo. They told you how to splice video in on real time live feed. Velma took the image and strip its layers to show the group how they did it.

Just like they did with the landing of the rockets and got caught cause not all feed showed the same thing so they took it down and issued a reason then reuploaded the splice feed.

The original democracy was when civilians came to vote on issues not senators.. they actually went and voted and participated in stuffs.
