The secret to anti gravity is that an electromagnet can push more than it weighs, just as it can pull more than it weights.
In this example, I use the reference to push, because the thrust comes from pushing against mercury, which is very heavy, 5 gallon bucket = 2000 lbs.
So, if you have electricity, driving an electric motor, the shaft positioned downward into the glass or ceramic jar of mercury. The mercury swirls, like a vortex, thrust will be increased by increased angular speeds of mercury.
A magnet sits underneath the jar of mercury. When a conductor is moved passed a magnet, an emf voltage and current is induced into the mercury which emits a b-field (magnetic field).
An electromagnet positioned above the jar of mercury, emits its own b-field. The orientation of the current flow in the electromagnet and the orientation of the physical magnet under the jar is such that the b-field from the current flowing in the mercury and the b-field from the electromagnet repulse each other.
In essence, the mercury that is swirling now has highly accelerated vortexing, creating a torus motion that represents the flow of the mercury particles (repulsing of the b-fields).
The leaked TR3B plans are a farse, those accelerations and pressures are intentionally vastly inflated to make you think that you could not build anti gravity. Just think, the Nazi's did it in the 30's. You can do it today!
The truth is you and I can do it, just that eventually our motors will overheat. But until that point, you can defeat gravity very easily.
This device can be built with an electric generator, an electric motor, a jar of mercury (sealed lid), and a rare earth magnet(s), higher currents and higher b-fields and higher angular velocity of the mercury, the more thrust you get .
Remember, electric motor swirls mercury, moving conductor(Hg is conductor) in a the presence of a b-field (magnet), induces a current flow on the mercury thus creating its own b-field(Hg), then a separate electromagnet pushes against the b-field on the mercury with its own b-field(electromagnetic).
The result is something that can push way more than it weights, high accelerations, great payloads, extremely light but super forceful like an electromagnetic mercury sort of caterpillar drive (Hunt For Red October Submarine Style) type of silent propulsion, study the silent submarine engines and this is basically the same game thrown up a different way. Instead of sea water and anode/cathode, you instead have mercury with high angular momentum being effected by three b-fields.
Because large amounts of mass are being spun at high speeds, time and space curve is bent. Giving the appearance of moving very fast from the perspective of someone standing on the earth and watching the craft overhead.
