The constitution doesn't bar stupidity in people running for elective office, it would be illogical to ban stupid people from voting. It's also difficult for most of us to distinguish stupidity from ignorance - and most of us blame people for being either stupid or ignorant - as if these were moral faults.
Most people don't bother to define terms, nor employ formal logic in decision making. Too time consuming. We buy things, do things and say things that are expected; our responses and reactions are entirely predictable.
People who are asleep are governed by dreams. Control of those dreams is the key. Everybody has heard of Martin Luther King's Dream speech. More or less set himself up with that. If we want and need race wars then we assassinate the dude who thinks there's another way
before the dream gets started
because people can see when the dream is more real than the pedo-cult prison planet reality with its snitches and trustees and bosses.
