USVI anon here… interesting fact, the refinery on St Croix which is one of the largest in the world is built to process thick Vene crude because that is what Hess used to process here… put out of biz, prolly due to politics etc, long story but involved with US not liking Ven…. recently tried to reopen… billions dropped on refurbing it… turned it on …and it had an incident, which many think was sabo…. US dept of E rolled and shut it all down…. now all locked up in court bs… . which is all… politics…
