This looks like NYC yet this guy actually looks like one of the Israelis that were shot by Hamas in Israel who fell flat on his face without his hands breaking the fall and for that reason, was the only one in that video that looked legit. You can also tell that that person got a second shot in the side which actually moved his feet. But the video was definitely edited as Hamas appears well into the scene in just one frame. It was posted on one of the last few boards today.
