Last couple of days we have been seeing this P3 Orion near Panama and Colombia. I still do not understand the exact relationship between border protection and these places in Central America. I would not have guessed that US Customs and Border Protection was running a military operation that needed a P3 Orion.

Guess I'm OK with it though. MIL and Q team knows what they are doing and I trust the plan.
