I removed that notable along with the BO's on what happened last week, as it was 1 week old news. It's what we do to keep the dough fresh and make room for more material.

This bread was the first of 5 I baked on June 29 as you can see from the cap of my pastebin here. If you'd checked the breads you'd have seen there was no change of baker on bread #2475, because I carried on baking from #2474.
