It all became clear to anon when it was leaked that Chief Justice Steven screamed at and browbeat the Court into NOT granting certiorari to hear the Texas, et al v. “The Swing States” case due to an alleged “lack of standing”. According to a witness, Roberts was screaming into the conference/zoom call with his Justices that granting cert would “set the Country afire”. Roberts must have been sleeping when Billions of $$$ of private and public property was burned during the Soros-agitated riots in the major Dem strongholds.
It is drilled into every first year law student that the Supreme Court has original, or exclusive, jurisdiction to decide legal actions taken by one state against another. In so acting, Roberts committed Treason by not allowing the Highest Court of the Land to hear the most important case ever brought before it.
In the Military’s ever watchful eyes, Robert’s act of Treason constituted STRIKE THREE against the Three Branches of Government. The Executive Branch, the DoJ/FBI failed to investigate ANY of the many supported claims of election fraud. The Legislative Branch did the same as a result of its willful failure to argue and debate the properly brought objections over the EC votes during that tragic, treasonous FF carried out on January 6.
As all potential CIVIL remedies to rectify the mass fraud were EXHAUSTED under the Constitution, the U.S. Military was duty-bound to take any and all actions to support and defend the Constitution and the Republic.
