If you receive a deposition to appear in front of lawyers for questioning is it reasonable to inform those deposing you that the wrong name is on the document. Then inform them your name isn’t ever spelled in all CAPs, you are a living person of the land, question if they are even lawyers, inform they have ZERO authority over you, and ignore any further legal requests?
