The only reservation I have about it, is that BO picks who he gives TC's to. I feel like it should be left up to the board as a whole (by way of vote) if a specific Baker gets a TC or not.
It seems like there could be division amongst us if one baker gets annointed while another does not.
I have been in the middle of shill baker situations several times and I hate it - I wish there was a reasonable way to ensure that we keep (((Them))) from being able to to take us hostage the way they do…
