What's Israel's realistic endgame here?

Destroys Hamas, Hamas and related parties now illegal. That means free elections in Gaza are illegal. No big problem so far, not like they have had elections recently. So that leaves exactly two situations. One, no people left in Gaza or two, a second class of citizens without the right to self govern.
