Sometimes when this happens to me I find out my memory was actually of anon posting it as reply to a Q drop, in the same bread as a Q drop I found significant and burned into my memory, or the memory pops up when similar happenings occur from the time frame of an anon post. If you cannot find it in a Q drop, it is most likely one of those scenarios. You are remembering an anon post of reply. I checked Qresearch.ch and can see the phrase has been used a few times. a few days before the Nov 2018 election. AS I recall, that was a time period of high hope and engagement so it makes sense that you have a strong memory from that time period. You might solve your mystery by trying it too. Hope I've helped
There is plenty people can do as Local Action. find a local business that will allow you to use their parking lot and start a Tail Gaters for Trump event. Get the community together even if in small groups. Find a teen with kick ass car speakers and get high schoolers to enjoy the event. Most States allow them to register at 17 if hey will be 18 at time of election. Think about Sam Adams hosting small groups in pubs and duplicate it.
