>this spring i managed to herniate a disk in my lower back

A very wise chiropractor once said to me, "original equipment is always superior to replacements."

I had ruptured the disc between L4-L5 in my lower back, had severe sciatica… surgeons talked cortisone injections, stents etc… a dozen or so visits to the chiropractor, and managed to fully heal my disc. That was years ago; to this day, I retain a "hanging bar," a wooden dowel hung from chains at just the right height so I can grab it when I stand straight and reach up.

To put your lower back in the proper traction for healing and to maintain healthy discs, grab the hanging bar and bend your knees. If the bar is at the proper height, your body weight will provide the perfect amount of stretch to space out your lower spine, and the discs will pop back into proper alignment. Do this as often as needed to heal, and usually just once a week or less as maintenance.

>The Mafia Built Hoover Dam for Las Vegas

Do mention the human sacrifices made in that endeavor. US Bureau of Reclamations gives an official count of 96 men dead during actual construction. <https://www.usbr.gov/lc/hooverdam/history/essays/fatal.html>

They have a memorial:

>Kek. so your sauce is your post about on your site? HARD NO.

Apparently you're unaware of how to view anons' other posts, same bread. Even a casual glance would inform you I'm just another anon, certainly not a billionaire tech-guru anon. Work harder on your discernment, fren.
