And there lies the problem, each elected FEDERAL official is buying, bartering, and selling for their STATE, so they have to pay to play against each other and each other's STATE!!…

They NEED to focus on the WHOLE COUNTRY AS A "WHOLE"!!! and not each individual state… let the STATE'S Government handle its own problems…
