I'm not a lawfag but I'm pretty sure that tt would be a contempt of court offense, which is a criminal charge. The judge doesn't have jurisdiction in New Hampshire which means that the judge could and would be held PERSONALLY accountable for violation of his first ammendent and title 18 rights (the right to solicit for employment). Judge would be fucked.
