"Hang Yourself" - Trump Staffer Told Cops to Kill Themselves While Dressed as a Clown: Four of Them Did

A high-ranking member of Donald Trump’s 2024 election machinery in New Hampshire was part of the infamous January 6th riots. But after what he said to the police, he’s probably just hoping he doesn’t get pulled over. Here is the whole story.
The 2024 election season wasn’t the only thing heating up during the late summer of 2023.
As former president Donald Trump faced his own indictment in Georgia, members of the Proud Boys who stormed the Capitol on January 6th, 2021, were facing their own legal battles.
And there were plenty of vigilante groups on the lookout for anyone who might have been involved in the failed attempt to overturn the 2020 election.
One of the most well-known and successful of those groups is the Sedition Hunters, who do much of their work on X (Twitter).
A video posted to the platform in August of 2023 doesn’t show Teflon Don himself, but it hits pretty close to home for the 2024 presidential hopeful.
In the video, a young man in what can only be described as a fake-patriot winterized clown suit is standing in front of the Capitol building.
He’s wearing a “Keep America Great” Santa hat and a garish red, white, and blue suit and tie adorned with snowflakes.
The young man is also waving a “Stop the Steal” flag, flashing the slogan that drove the rioters to their criminal attack on Washington that day.
And the man in the video had a jarring message for law enforcement, particularly the officers who put their lives on the line to combat the mass of wayward humanity at the Capitol.
“If you are a police officer and are going to abide by unconstitutional bulls, I want you to do me a favor right now and go hang yourself, because you’re a piece of s,” the rioter said.
That’s the sort of sentiment that the American public has seen in countless videos from that day as the years have rolled by.
But what’s really striking about this particular verbal attack is that the young man in the video has become a rising star among Republicans.
In fact, Dylan Quattrucci is the deputy state director of Trump’s New Hampshire campaign.
As the state that hosts the nation’s first primary ballots, New Hampshire is always super important in setting the tone for each party’s race to a nomination.
In the aftermath of the video surfacing, several people who know Quattrucci have confirmed that he is indeed the man taking cops to task.
And police officers themselves have taken notice of Quattrucci.
U.S. Capitol Police Officer Harry Dunn has been a key witness in trials targeting several rioters, and he took direct aim at Quattrucci after the video came to light.
In particular, Dunn reminded Quattrucci that he and all of his fellow conspirators were failures because their efforts to stop Joe Biden from taking office disintegrated.
Most of the credit for that failure, Dunn says, goes to his fellow officers. He also points out that four of those officers did indeed end up committing suicide.
So, for whatever short-term gratification Quattrucci got out of his verbal attack on police, he’s now in the national crosshairs himself.
And, with Trump leaning heavily on a pro-cop sentiment, it’s hard to see how Quattrucci’s viewpoint could fit into the new campaign.
