When I read the article I interpreted it as meaning that Trump does not fit any standard category, politically speaking, in Congress.
He would be a one of a kind speaker who would be deadly, venomous, to the current situation, or status quo.
I took it to mean that Trump, as speaker, would kill the deep state and be very dangerous to them.
But I don’t think Chad P is as neutral as he appears, so maybe he was saying Trump should be taken out,
If Platypuses could be reptiles….maybe Trump is the snake that is let into the House and cleans it out.
