The only authority VP Pence had once legitimate, valid objections were presented from both chambers was to adjourn the electoral session, send both chambers back to their respective houses to debate, investigate and render a decision if the state electoral certifications in question were legitimate or not. If they were? They would be counted. If they weren't? They are to be sent BACK to the State Legislatures for remedy.

He did not do this. In additon and unknown to the masses, Nancy Pelosi as SOTH secretly declared an "Emergency Rule" of the House that negated this procedure from ever taking place and in my opinion, Mike Pence knew this and this is why he did not adjourn the congress to get to the fucking truth of all of this.
