This Q drop I believe is about the Flag. I cannot locate section 20 although it clearly existed at one time because we have 21, 22,23..ect.
The executive orders I have read about are 1556,1637,2390,9646, 10798, 10823,10834, 10860. DJT keeps bringing up Eisenhower's name and he seems to have had several flag EO changes and no changes since are documented. It is a rabbit hole and that is surprising. Our Flag history should be such a mess to find.
