Was the misspelling of 'dysfunction' noted?
It looks like the Portland police helped foment violence like the police did in Charlottesville
I don't think the 'dys' prefix should be considered least common. I don't think I've seen it spelled 'disfunction' before, but it's probably just a preference of the person who wrote it.
