The "Q Factor" in an electrical system, such as our economy is based on, is relative to the quality of electron flow threw various devices. It sure makes sense to ANON that the quality and quantity of our "Electron flow" could be restricted or flow freely based on the "Conductor" used… This could be related to so many things. Like how the flow of military volunteers is currently restricted so they create legislation (Inductance) and "Induct" personnel to meet the "Quota"…. Kinda like charging a battery
