I've heard rumors to the contrary of what's being reported. One thing about growing up in a town small enough to know everyone, but big enough to have it's own larger newspaper and a couple of network news teams, is that it's one thing to talk about "fake news", and another to see it happen in live time.

I can't find the latest one, but here's one from a few months ago. This is happening EVERYWHERE. Now…Is it possible that our systems are on the verge of failure, and this is just business as usual, or could it be something more?? Sure would be a GREAT way to get people sick.
For me it's a coin flip and I can see it both ways. I'll keep digging, there was ONE more big sewage spill the past 48 hours. Could have SWORE it was Baltimore AGAIN (scrubbed maybe?? Happens, although rarely) but I'll find it.
