>>19808388 Judgment not withstanding the verdict because jurors can get it wrong.

If a judge can thwart the verdict of any and all juries because they feel that the jury can get it wrong then what about measuring a judge by their own stick? Has a judge ever gotten it wrong? Ever? That's what appeal courts are for because they get it wrong that often. In the same light and because of a judge can get it wrong, we should then be able to thwart any and all of his verdicts, findings, and judgments based upon his "Judgement not withstanding the verdict".
