Of course he would find the witness not credible, he never has, even before the case started; that's how the whole case started; biased. President Trump has the right to state that the Judge is biased just as the judge stated that Trump is not credible. Why can the judge exercise his free speech when his free speech is the only one that actually has any detrimental bindings. Only he has made himself the only "trier of fact" because he is, wait for it… BIASED. Even against juries because he won't let Trump have a jury because he thinks they will get it wrong in his own words; guess what moron, that is called BIASED.

Here is the definition of biased:

Unfairly prejudiced for or against someone or something.

This clown judge thinks because some jurors get it wrong, he is using a law that was just never constitutionally challenged from 1991, "Judgement not withstanding the verdict" which means simply the judge doesn't have to take the verdict of the jury if he feels that they didn't follow his orders on what to judge on correctly and can override their decision by judging on the fact of law that he knows to be valid. He is abusing that privilege by being biased against any and all juries thus thwarting President's Trumps 6th Amendment constitutional right to a jury because he feels that they will all get it wrong anyways and is pro-actively asserting that all and any jury will get it wrong. He prejudges jury to get it wrong and never right, he is biased towards not only President Trump but Juries.
