Executive Orders - a viral bio-attack seeks to shut down USA capabilities during an international crisis
Both of these were published well before 9/11 and COVID19
Was Clancy a gifted prognosticator or does the opposition go to popular fiction to inspire their madness?
We won't hear from the Q until they have something they want us to know.
My guess is it'll be quite a while before the silence is broken. Too many things unresolved at the moment and posting could cause an adverse effect on current events. (Trump trials, House of Reps trying to get their shit together, the next debt ceiling vote, Dems slowly coming to terms that Potato is rotten, etc.)
