Judgment not withstanding the verdict was invented in 1991 and was never legally challenged. It is unconstitutional for the reasons that I stated because if we measure them by their own stick then even the judges verdict is notwithstanding because they can and do get it wrong so much that we had to create a whole separate court system because of it called the Appellate Courts.
