Maine State Police knew Card was dead at 7:45, according to the Mills appointee who runs the Maine State Police.
But they waited until 10p to do a snap briefing, answer no questions, and shuttle a tipsy governor off stage.
And oh by the way the body of Maine's most notorious mass killer was discovered 5,000 feet from his abandoned vehicle near where he worked.
