President Trump:
This judge is obviously hostile. Ivanka is not named in the lawsuit and he states no credible reason for her appearance, plus it is up to the prosecutor not the judge to request a subpoena.
Rules of the Chief Administrative Judge
PART 100. Judicial Conduct
Section 100.2 A judge shall avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety in all of the judge's activities.
(A) A judge shall respect and comply with the law and shall act at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.
If the judge doesn't honor the appeals court he violates this rule.
(B) A judge shall not allow family, social, political or other relationships to influence the judge's judicial conduct or judgment.
Yet he calls on Trumps family to testify against him.
(C) A judge shall not testify voluntarily as a character witness.
This judge violated this rule when he said he doesn't find you credible.
(R) "Impartiality" denotes absence of bias or prejudice in favor of, or against, particular parties or classes of parties, as well as maintaining an open mind in considering issues that may come before the judge.
He is Biased towards juries because he feels they always get it wrong, so he denied PDJT one. I hope this judge for his sake denied every defendant a jury because if he hasn't then it shows he is biased towards PDJT.
(10) A judge shall not commend or criticize jurors for their verdict other than in a court order or opinion in a proceeding, but may express appreciation to jurors for their service to the judicial system and the community.
Yet he dissolved the jury without their verdict first, biased.
Rule 2.9 Ex parte communications
(C) A judge shall not investigate facts in a matter independently, and shall consider only the evidence presented and any facts that may properly be judicially noticed.
Yet he stated he is the only 'finder of facts" in his own words.
(1) A judge shall disqualify himself or herself in a proceeding in which the judge's impartiality might reasonably be questioned, including but not limited to instances where:
(a) (i) the judge has a personal bias or prejudice concerning a party or (ii) the judge has personal knowledge of disputed evidentiary facts concerning the proceeding;
If he cannot state why he wants to see Ivanka then he has a personal bias against the Trump family.
