That's the heart of the matter. Good idea.
There must be some national agency that does the licensing, driven by some kind of national regulations or law.
Having it in notables facilitates planefags in widely separated timezones on different shifts to study the pattern and cap the images as we try to piece together the big picture.
<I just wish they would include a little more information with their posts.
I'll try, altho I end up with carpal tunnel syndrome at the end of each PF shift.
What I like to focus on is military movements b/c they help confirm what /ourguys/ are doing. Flights to prepare Gitmo, mil meetings with allies, how /ourguys/ are securing the southern border, Customs & Border Protection flying expensive AWACS flights over the southern Gulf of Mexico, Central America, and the northern South America coast, also emergency helicopters that might be doing extractions of indicted persons to be held and eventually to stand trial … helps confirm the whole story that Q has given us.
But I also follow the private mil-registered 2-planes etc. when I'm needed there.
