It took awhile to find this, I knew I had it…. Here is a letter she wrote to a Terri Williams Chief Op Officer of One United Bank, LA Cal.
This letter is dated June 22, 2017 After Trump election. Her Plan for 2020 LA Urban Devel. Program LAUD to begin Jan 2018. She is talking to CAIR-LA in regard of 41K Somalia Refugees to come to LA Cal to live in NEW Condo housing and Resettlement.

She goes on to say “should have No problem accommodating up to 41k In agreement with CAIR’s relocation project with the condition that the Majority of Somali’s are house. Funded and Underwritten by OneUnited”

She also says, (this is the kicker) “ The election cycle has begun and I do need your support, therefore I feel it would be best to announce plans for LAUD After the Nov elections and perhaps even Once I have Secured the SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE POSTION” !!!!!!!!!!!

Imagine a parallel universe where a child-trafficking pedovore is the US President, Loretta Lynch sits on the Supreme Court bench, Maxine Waters is Speaker of the House, and has 41K Somalis (housed by taxpayers) as her personal West Coast hit squad.
