That is just a list of mil transports with no info as to their destinations. It will take time to individually check each plane.
RCH#### callsigns are used for regular transport support flights.
Likelihood is that those planes are heading to a wide variety of destinations worldwide.
Around 50 planes but only about 12 mid East.
Destinations of those 12 Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Diego Garcia, etc, looks to me like regular support ops.
There is a large NATO maritime exercise in the Med, an Italian navy exercise, and I believe an air defence exercise in Turkey.
Every chance that many of those flights are in support.
