Sr US defense official tells me at 23:30 pm last night (6:30 am local time 60-80 men gathered near the US base at Al Shaddadi in Hasakah, NE Syria. The SDF dispersed the crowd and US Blackhawk helicopter flew cover. The incident coincided with a failed drone strike on same base.
