Texas AG Ken Paxton, on behalf of the voters in Texas, should bring the SAME lawsuit against the State of Colorado as was brought against the Swing States after the 2020 Election.
Unconstitutionally denying Trump a place on the Presidential Ballot in Colorado has the same effect as a state violating its own election laws.
The Voters of Texas, as well as voters in the rest of the states WOULD BE DISENFRANCHISED if Colorado denied Trump a place on the 2024 Ballot in contravention of Colorado’s constitution.
Such a case would be fast tracked to the Supreme Court which HAS EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION over such a legal battle between the states.
However, unlike in 2020, Chief Justice Roberts wouldn’t be able to threaten the other Justices with visions of the Country on Fire!
Also, by correctly asserting jurisdiction in such a case, the Supreme Court would establish the correct precedent for hearing such cases in advance of the predicted election fraud fuckery by the Dem controlled states in the 2024 election.
