The "ultimate" question isn't whether Q is real or not, because -Future Proves Past-, this will be answered eventually. The revelation of Q working with POTUS is a key maneuver in the Plan. It will happen, but only once it is necessary for The "game" Plan to proceed.
The Ultimate question then sounds more like, "How are Julian Assange and President Trump related?"
