Frank Parlato is the source for the first story, and author for the second. Mack and Raniere and now Clare Bronfman have all been formally charged.

The point isn't, strictly speaking, that Gillibrand is associated with them - it is that in multiple interviews, she has claimed to have "NO KNOWLEDGE" of the cult and/or its activities.
