State of Texas, AG Ken Paxton should file as an intervenor alleging that Colorado’s unconstitutional attempt to bar Trump from the Presidential Ballot would disenfranchise Texas voters.

The case should then be removed to Federal District Court, fast tracked to Court of Appeals to the Supreme Court.

Roberts would be forced to vote to grant certiorari as the Country would erupt into civil war if Trump was removed FROM ANY STATE’S Presidential Ballot.

Unlike the unconstitutional denial of certiorari in the 2020 Texas v Swing States case, the Court would revisit the issue of standing and jurisdiction and find that the Supreme Court is the ONLY COURT in the Land with jurisdiction to hear and decide legal challenges brought by one state against another.

The Court would then hold the challenge by Colorado to be unconstitutional thereby preempting the coming widespread fuckery in the Dem controlled states to violate their own election laws and constitutions.
